This unique style of healing art has been practiced for thousands of years in Burma (Myanmar). Practitioners skillfully maintain the balance and concentration while walking on your back with special foot skills to stretch the tight muscles and release tension.

Loose fitting clothing is recommended.

The focal point of this massage is the use of therapist’s foot skills to massage the targeted muscle groups until they become restful and soothing. The session starts with light tapping on the sole of the foot with a special rock to calm the entire nervous system. During session, therapist will pause at intervals with a constant pressure being applied to flush out the blood and squeeze the toxins out of the body. This nurturing yet invigorating treatment is a must for those who need supplemental alleviation of stress.
